With our new company name, we want to express our commitment to our customers to offer SOLUTIONS!
Beginning June 1st 2010, aps Solutions GmbH is the legal successor for all contracts and agreements made with the Sales & Service GmbH. The transfer into the aps Solutions GmbH has no influence on validity and content of these agreements and contracts.
The effective date of transfer is June, 1st 2010.

Change in Sales of MJC Micronics Japan Products
effective April 1st 2010

Customer,
Since 1993 APS has handled the MJC Micronics Japan Probe Card business in Europe with great success. Now after nearly 17 years of a fruitful relationship with APS, MJC Japan decided to take over this business by MEG GmbH in Germany its own subsidiary in Europe and to go direct with the sales of their Japan manufactured probe cards.
The APS Sales & Service GmbH will still be responsible for service and repair of MJC Japan made probe cards and for the reorder process of damaged or replacement probe cards.
So please contact our European Service Center in case of refreshment, repair or repeat orders of your MJC made probe cards.
APS will continue to be a provider of high quality probe cards and wafertest solutions. We can offer a wide range of excellent probe card products for all type of applications with our partners MPI Corporation (Taiwan) or MMS China (MJC Microelectronics Shanghai Co. Ltd.).

Puchheim, April 1st, 2010 – APS Sales & Service GmbH ("APS") is pleased to announce the appointment of Hanns-Georg Ochsenkuehn as General Manager. He replaces Wolf Erben who has been in this position since the start of APS in 1992.
Hanns-Georg Ochsenkuehn, who holds a master’s degree in precision mechanics engineering, joined the Semiconductor business back in 1985 as a test- and laser process engineer in the Siemens Semiconductor Division at Munich. During his career which spans more than 20 years dedicated to the Semiconductor test industry, he managed large work forces in operations, production, engineering and maintenance as a Director of Wafer Test. At last, he managed Infineon’s and Qimonda’s test sites at Dresden, Germany, testing a wide range of products from memory, flash, chip-card and analog/digital/mixedsignal logic devices on 200mm and 300mm wafer sizes. Hanns-Georg Ochsenkuehn successfully led and implemented various production solutions and productivity improvement programs. Therefore he has expert knowledge and awareness of the critical cost situation in this industry segment and the special technical demands in Europe.

Change in sales and support of SynergieCAD PCB Products,
effective May 1st 2008
Dear Customer,
SynergieCAD and APS have cooperated for all PCB matters in Northern Europe since 2001 and have developed for PCB solutions a solid customer base and good business.
Based on this common success Synergie CAD has decided setting up its own subsidiary in Germany. This new Synergie CAD subsidiary in Germany will become operational by 1st of May 2008.
APS will continue to offer, support and to develop its probing and testing solutions with its team of experts and probe card and other test socket lines and PCBs. APS Munich and SynergieCAD have agreed to continue to cooperate on a non-exclusive base for APS probing projects/solutions due to the good experience and relationship and common understanding.
Synergie Cad and APS will act independently in the area of Device Testing and Burn-in in order to provide you the best possible solutions to your needs. Both companies SynergieCAD and APS are determined to contribute to your company’s success as good as possible as we have done so in the past.Please continue to give both of our companies the chance to support you now and in the future.
