Puchheim, Germany, October, 5th 2011 – Lucas Signatone Corporation (“Signatone”) has entered into an agreement with aps Solutions GmbH (“APS”), Puchheim, Germany to represent Signatone’s specialist probing equipment in Central Europe.
“As a world leader in supplying of Analytical probing solutions, we are delighted to appoint APS as our representative for Germany, Austria and Northern Switzerland”, stated Richard Dickson, President and CEO of Signatone. Puchheim, Germany, July 11th, 2011 – Winway Technology Inc. (“WWT”) has entered into an agreement with aps Solutions GmbH (“APS”), Puchheim, Germany to represent WWT’s advanced Active Thermal Control System (“ATC”) for Semiconductor Packaged Devices for the European market.
“With our improved ATC system, we are able to heat or cool direct on the device, automatically with very fast temperature changing times – this improves and speeds up brute force engineering measurements in laboratories as well as ATE and SLT testing”, stated Peter Kuo, VP Global Sales & Marketing Division at WWT. “We already have a wide installed base of ATCs in Asia and together with APS we will address now the demands of European Semiconductor device development and production sites. aps Solutions GmbH appoints Hanns-Georg Ochsenkuehn as Managing Director

Puchheim, May 13th, 2011 – aps Solutions GmbH (“APS”) announces the assignment of Hanns-Georg Ochsenkuehn as Managing Director. Wolf Erben officially resigned in his function as Managing Director – he will continue to serve as an advisor for the company.
Hanns-Georg Ochsenkuehn, who holds a master’s degree in precision mechanics engineering, joined the Semiconductor business back in 1985 as a test- and laser process engineer in the Siemens Semiconductor Division in Munich. During his career which spans more than 25 years dedicated to the Semiconductor test industry, he managed large work forces in operations, production, engineering and maintenance as a Director of Wafer Test.
“Since my start at APS in April 2010, we extended our products portfolio towards emerging test applications like 1st class solutions for sensor testing on wafer- and device level or our recently introduced solution for ultra high temperature testing”, states Hanns-Georg Ochsenkuehn, he continued “our European customers are delighted about our way offering solutions to them by cooperating with our customers from the very first beginning of their projects.”
The company will further expand their activities as a “Solutions Provider” by extending their portfolio focusing on sales and service of equipments for emerging markets in the European semiconductor industry. Change in Sales of MJC Micronics Japan Products

Since 1993 APS has handled the MJC Micronics Japan Probe Card business in Europe with great success. Now after nearly 17 years of a fruitful relationship with APS, MJC Japan decided to take over this business by MEG GmbH in Germany its own subsidiary in Europe and to go direct with the sales of their Japan manufactured probe cards.
The APS Sales & Service GmbH will still be responsible for service and repair of MJC Japan made probe cards and for the reorder process of damaged or replacement probe cards.
So please contact our European Service Center in case of refreshment, repair or repeat orders of your MJC made probe cards.
APS will continue to be a provider of high quality probe cards and wafertest solutions. We can offer a wide range of excellent probe card products for all type of applications with our partners MPI Corporation (Taiwan) or MMS China (MJC Microelectronics Shanghai Co. Ltd.).
