Cleaning Material

We can offer you a various kind of cleaning material. For all applications and material we have different solutions.

Cleaning Sheets / Wafers and Lapping Films

Features:

Tips will NOT be damaged by cleaning action.
Tips deformation will be minimized.
Semi-abrasive material
Repeated uses will make Tips cannonball-shaped
Four different types available.
Available with both on 6” and 8” wafers or as A4 Sheets only
Parallel use with abrasive (Lapping film) type will remain Tips dimension consistent.

Especially developed by 3M to clean probe cards
Can be used on most of the probe card technologies and applications
(e.g. pad over Active Areas)
Effective cleaning and safe reshaping of the edges of the needle
Cushion layer provide no or few damage to probe card
Low Ion contamination provides no damage to wafer
3 kind of mineral sizes available (0.5, 1.0 and 3.0 µ)
2 types of adhesive available (high and low tack PSA)
